Robert Wallace is a senior transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience in technology strategy and operational modernization. Over the past 15 years, he has led large scale agile and cloud initiatives across complex enterprises, and for the last six years has focused on responsible AI integration across corporate, government, and consulting environments.
Robert works with executive teams to align digital strategy with execution, helping organizations modernize operating models, embed AI into product and service ecosystems, and scale innovation in practical ways. His experience spans public sector modernization programs, cloud strategy for large global enterprises, and enterprise wide agile adoption across distributed organizations.
He has contributed to the design of AI enabled tools that improve citizen services, supported enterprise AI deployments that enhance decision quality and operational efficiency, and developed frameworks that integrate AI with design thinking and agile delivery disciplines.
